Admission Procedure

For Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG & UKG

1. Collection of Pre-Registration Form

Parents/Guardians may collect the Pre-Registration Form from the School Reception by paying a non-refundable registration fee of ₹200, or apply online via our Admission Enquiry portal.

2. Submission of Pre-Registration Form

The duly completed form must be submitted along with the following verified documents:

• Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
• Parent's Address Proof (Voter ID, Passport, Electricity Bill, or Aadhaar).
• Aadhaar Cards of Student, Father, and Mother.
• Recent passport-size photographs (Student: 1, Father: 1, Mother: 1).

3. Registration & Acknowledgement

At the time of form submission, parents are required to pay an Acknowledgement/Registration Fee of ₹400. An official acknowledgement slip is issued as confirmation.

4. Parent & Child Interaction

An informal, friendly interaction session is conducted with the child and parents to understand developmental milestones.

5. Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed based on interaction, availability of seats, and fulfillment of School Admission Norms.

For Classes I to IX

1. Collection & Submission of Form

Parents may obtain the form from reception (₹200). Required documents include:

• Copy of Child's Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Cards.
• Copy of Latest Report Card / Progress Report from previous recognized school.
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) countersigned by the appropriate education authority upon admission confirmation.

2. Assessment & Admission Offer

A basic baseline assessment in English and Mathematics is conducted to understand foundational learning levels for appropriate grade placement.
